Project Management & Evaluation (Revenue Projects)

We have considerable experience of hands on project management of complex partnership projects involving a wide variety of agencies. In such cases, where each partner will have a specific rationale for involvement, active and efficient project management is essential for all partners to be kept on board and for the project to reach its outcomes to the satisfaction of all.

We can help you to plan for such a project by working with the key partners to produce a task based, clearly budgeted, time-specific programme aimed at achieving specific and measurable outcomes and results. Such a programme would include a number of review points within the timeframe where progress is monitored and the programme refined to ensure the delivery of outcomes on time and within budget. We would also advise as to the best form of management arrangements to ensure the ongoing involvement and commitment of all partners while ensuring day-to-day management is responsive and efficient.

We can work to a contract that is confined to the initial production of such a detailed programme and process as outline above (after which the partnership adopts and manages the process). We are equally happy to maintain an ongoing involvement with the project either as advisors, or indeed as full project managers, to completion.
