We have extensive experience and expertise in group facilitation work which we use in a wide variety of training and seminar projects. We always tailor training and group work specifically to the needs of the individual client. We can provide bespoke training and seminars to help with:

• Staff updates on New Government Legislation/Guidelines eg Health, Social Inclusion, Crime Prevention, Regeneration, Best Value, Cultural Strategies, Community Planning
• Staff updates on National Agency Developments/Initiatives eg Sport England, Arts Council, Countryside Agency
• Development of Performance Indicators
• Service based SWOT and Portfolio analyses
• Service Planning in relation to Cultural Strategy, Community Strategy, and the cross-cutting social agendas.

We are also interested in working with National and Regional partners to organise and present seminars and conferences relating to new Regional and National Initiatives.
