Our expertise is based around a clear understanding of the framework of delivering tourism services and the partnership arrangements needed to make things happen. We are able to read local situations clearly and to identify the organisational arrangements needed to deliver results. Our knowledge is derived from the development and continuous refinement of a set of working guidelines for the sustainable management of destinations and an understanding of the performance management mechanisms needed to inform decision making and evaluate success.

We have been involved in the preparation of case studies relating to destination management for the IDeA, have provided strategies for development, worked on stakeholder engagement and developed guidance documents based on good practice.
